Meghan shared video clips of her own personal California oasis on Instagram

We’re less than a week away from the launch of the Duchess of Sussex’s new lifestyle show, With Love, Meghan. In the meantime, Meghan is satiating any appetite for Nancy Meyers-inspired decor by offering a rare look into her Montecito garden.

On Sunday night, Meghan shared a series of videos to her Instagram stories that seemingly captured vignettes of her own backyard oasis — complete with a lily pad-strewn pond, rolling green grass, fruit-bearing trees, and patches of bright flowers.

“A small break from work to soak in the weekend,” she wrote over the first clip, which showed a tree blossoming with pink buds. The tree overlooked a small stone wall, hemming in a green lawn and a staircase that descended into another grassy field. Meghan shared a few more videos of the pink blossoms — a welcome sign that indicates spring is finally on its way. She relished in the sunny Santa Barbara day by picking an orange off a tree, then subsequently squeezing a slice into her drink. The camera panned to her outdoor patio set-up, including a wooden dining set, a centrepiece of oranges, and a circular wooden cutting board doubling as a tray.

A few of Meghan’s loved ones also made a cameo in her Instagram videos. One clip featured the duchess teaching either Prince Archie or Princess Lilibet how to water the garden. After demonstrating how to spray a patch of bushes and flowers, Meghan then hands the hose to one of her children, who then expertly shoots water at the garden. Another throwback clip captured Meghan’s beloved pet beagle, Guy, walking on a grassy lawn and looking back at her. She previously announced Guy’s passing in an emotional Instagram post last month.

Elsewhere in the series of videos, Meghan additionally included a brief clip of herself walking outside wearing a purple sweatshirt from her alma mater, Northwestern University. The jumper happens to match a similar look previously worn by her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana, who nabbed her own Northwestern sweater during a visit to Chicago in 1996.
