Luke Combs Hits A Major Milestone With His Song “Beautiful Crazy”
Luke Combs first released his song “Beautiful Crazy” in 2018, adding a studio version as a bonus track to his debut album This One’s For You.
After its release, it held the number-one spot on the Hot Country Songs chart for 11 weeks. It was also awarded Song of the Year at the 2019 CMA Awards. A few years later, in 2023, it was officially certified Diamond by the RIAA.
Nearly a decade later, “Beautiful Crazy” remains one of Combs’ most popular recordings. It has even gone viral online, often being paired with sweet couple videos. Even after all this time, its popularity continues to grow. So much so, that it recently hit one billion streams on Spotify.
The song is the eighth country track overall and the sixth solo song ever to reach the milestone of one billion streams. Other country artists who have achieved this include Morgan Wallen (Last Night), Chris Stapleton (Tennessee Whiskey), and Zach Bryan (Something In The Orange).
However, unlike every other artist on the exclusive list, Luke Combs has accomplished something no one else has.
Just two weeks ago, his 2017 single “When It Rains It Pours” also hit one billion streams. This officially makes Combs the first country artist in history to have two different songs surpass that mark.

It’s even more incredible considering that both of these tracks are not part of Combs’ recent releases. It just proves that they truly stand the test of time.
Fans Think That Luke Combs Could Potentially Be Releasing A New Album Soon
Recently, fans have been speculating that Combs might be preparing to add even more music to his extensive discography. For the past few months, he’s been teasing several unreleased singles.
Last month, while on tour in Australia, he performed one titled “Pushin’ Up Daisies.” He also treated fans to a surprise performance of another unreleased track, a heartbreak song called “Wish Upon a Whiskey.”
His last album, Fathers & Sons, was released in the summer of 2024, so even though it hasn’t been that long since he dropped new music, fans are still eager to hopefully hear something new soon!
